What should I expect?

That’s up to you! But count on dancing, art, costuming….

Do I have to be a “furry”?

You already are.

Furries are fans of anthropomorphic art. If you’re into Marsupilami, Zootropolis, or Alfred J. Kwak, you at least understand the appeal of furriness.

Do I have to wear a costume?

Definitely not! But at Otterdance you’re free to do so. Be the animal you are.

A “Furry club night?” Whaaa?

There’s a tradition of furry dances at conventions, then later as stand-alone club nights. They distinguish themselves as high-energy, fun, and friendly events. And of course there are costumes!

We’re hoping this will become something all furries look forward to, from newbie to greymuzzle.

Who’s welcome?

You! As long as you are down with the club and venue’s regulations, and are at least 18 years old.
